Description

The subject of this contract is therefore the provision of consultancy and technical assistance services, the scope of which is the road network of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.
In previous years, the conservation service has carried out a series of work on the slopes of the roads of the Red Foral. This work is described in point 3.1 and consisted of carrying out an inventory of slopes, classifying them according to risk, carrying out a routine inspection of all the slopes listed and an exhaustive list of those with the highest risk, and drafting corrective measures in cases where short-term action was required. All the information generated is integrated into an IT application.
The purpose of the contract is to define the following tasks:
— inventory of new slopes,
— risk assessment,
— continuation of routine and comprehensive inspections,
— continued drafting of corrective measures and constructive projects,
— inventory of instrumentation throughout the Foral Network,
— updating the current database or implementing a new database for the management of all information,
— preparation of research, works, stability of slopes studies and specific projects in any slope or geotechnical work of the Foral Network.
