Description

The object of the procurement is the bulk of waste and land shipments within the Oulun Waste Management Centre in Rusko.
The service consists of occasional loading, transport and disposal of waste and land within the waste disposal centre at a location designated by the subscriber. The contractor shall provide the equipment and staff necessary to carry out the work. The necessary equipment; crawler weighing class ca. 20 t and 3 four-wheel tractors for weight class 10 t with low capacity. 13 m³ blade. The provider of waste and land transfer must have at its disposal 3 tractors. The service also includes any other work assigned by the subscriber.
Oulun Waste Management requests offers for land-moving equipment for the period from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014. Tenders shall be submitted in a vehicle-listed format, with a unit hourly rate exclusive of tax (VAT 0 %) for each equipment. A response time procedure is used, whereby the contractor is obliged to carry out the work ordered by the contractor on a date to be agreed. For any bench fire, the response time procedure shall be 1 hour and shall be valid throughout the contract period. Tenders must be submitted using the form set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications. If both excavators and tractors are offered by the same tenderer, tenders must be submitted using two (2) different forms.
The invitation to tender does not cover potential works at the Rusko waste centre, for which the shipment of land and waste is the subject of a separate invitation to tender.
Oulu’s waste management follows the order of affordability and availability. The tasks are not the general rule, but the periods of working time vary. An estimate of the workload; Crawler-plate Kaivuri n. 8 h/day, tractors if necessary, but min. 2-3 days/order.
