Description

This is an above-threshold public service contract awarded under Category II. OSH of the building construction of the dynamic purchasing system in accordance with Section 141 of the Act. The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of the activities of the coordinator of occupational safety and health during the implementation of the construction action ‘BOZP – Repair of the facade of the energy centre of the ABC building of the Regional Office of the Liberec Region’, which includes activities pursuant to Act No 309/2006 on ensuring other conditions for the protection of safety and health at work, as amended, and activities pursuant to Article II of the binding draft Agreement on the provision of the activities of the coordinator of occupational safety and health (Specification of the commitment of the principal), provided that the action is implemented.
