1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi Centrum Obsługi Organizacji Społecznych (COOS). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Standardy świadczenia usługi Centrum Obsługi Organizacji Społecznych na rzecz partnerów społecznych oraz organizacji społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubelskiego 2021-2027 znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji w rozumieniu art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy PZP na następujących zasadach.
