Das denkmalgeschützte Klostergebäude wird generalsaniert. Bei der Sanierung des Bestandes werden Wände abgebrochen bzw. neue Wände gebaut. Die Patientenzimmer erhalten eine Nasszelle. Diese Nasszellen werden als Trockenwände in den historischen Flur gebaut bzw. in den Zimmern eingebaut.
