Description

Acquisition of bitumen type D50/70, the minimum value being the one estimated until 31.12.2026, and the maximum value representing the overall estimated value including also the value of the possible additional ones, for which the contract may be extended by 4 months, by additional act, in accordance with Article 165 of GD.395/2016, without changing the initial contractual conditions, respectively until 30.04.2027, subject to the existence of the financial resources allocated for this purpose.
