Zadanie obejmuje w szczególności budowę Pawilonu o powierzchni 6342,65 m2, przylegającego do budynku Szpitala. Pawilon pomieści: a. Blok Operacyjny, b. Oddział Anestezjologii i Intensywnej Terapii c. Oddział Neurologii wraz z Pododdziałem Udarowym d. Centralną Sterylizatornię. e. Pomieszczenia techniczne Nowy Pawilon będzie dobudowany do istniejącego budynku „H” od strony pół-wschodniej i połączony z nim komunikacyjnie na parterze i I piętrze.
