Description

The client intends to implement a research, test and development infrastructure for hydrogen applications at the Pfeffenhausen site. The project is part of the National Innovation and Technology Center for Hydrogen (ITZ) and serves the technology transfer of research in industrial applications as well as the provision of test, testing and development infrastructure for economic and non-economic users. The subject of this invitation to tender is the gradual commissioning of planning services for the structural design for the new construction of a hydrogen test hall with outbuildings, outdoor test areas and outdoor facilities (§§ 51 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14.1). The breakdown of the individually available power levels is divided into stage 1 = power phases 1 to 3, stage 2 = power phase 4, stage 3 = power phase 5, stage 4 = power phases 6. Initially, only level 1 is assigned, there is no entitlement to the assignment of the subsequent stages.
