Description

The object of the acquisition is the real estate management services of the property owned by the City of Savonlinna from 1 January 2019. The contracts will be concluded for an indefinite period with six (6) months’ mutual notice between the contracting parties. The acquisition is divided into eight (8) divisions, of which two (2) divisions are subject to an option (districts 6 and 7). Partial tenders will be accepted for each barrel.
