Description

The Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment of Häme is asking for a vocational labour market training in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. Only the annexes requested in the invitation to tender will be taken into account for the purpose of the comparison of tenders. The content of the framework contract for the training to be put out to tender is set out in more detail in the Training Description (14/2018) annexed to the invitation to tender.
The framework agreement constitutes a framework agreement for a single (1) supplier in accordance with Sections 42 and 43 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016), in which all the terms and conditions are laid down. The selected training service provider may receive training orders, but the framework agreement does not give the successful tenderer a subjective right to receive a predefined number of training courses.
