Description

Der Auftrag umfasst Beratung, Entwicklung und Betriebs- bzw. Anwendungsunterstützung für die Atlassian Plattform, insbesondere die Komponenten Jira/ Jira Service Management, Confluence und Assets, aber auch weitere, wie BitBucket etc. Ziel ist der Aufbau eines Service Portals zur Bearbeitung aller Anfragen an den Bereich Z2 sowie einer korrespondierenden Struktur in Confluence und Assets zur Abbildung des Service Katalogs, Durchführung der Inventarisierung etc. Aus den Anfragen ergeben sich kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für Prozessdokumentation und -management, die in einem integrierten System möglichst effizient und direkt umgesetzt werden können. Das Zielbild umfasst also auch eine Struktur für Prozessmanagement und die Überführung von langfristig relevanten Projekt-Dokumentationsartefakten in System-/ Service-/ Anwendungs-/ Prozessdokumentation. Einzelheiten sind der Leistungsbeschreibung in Anlage BW2 zu entnehmen.
