Description

Die Gemeinde Contern beabsichtigt auf den Grundstücken mit den Parzellennummern 243/4040, 242/1 und 235/4494 eine neue administrative Räumlichkeit für die Gemeindeverwaltung zu bauen, um die infrastrukturellen, organisatorischen und funktionalen Einschränkungen des aktuellen Rathauses der Gemeinde zu beseitigen und den zukünftigen Entwicklungsbedürfnissen entgegenzukommen. Auf der Parzelle 235/4494 befindet sich zurzeit das alte Schulgebäude deren Räumlichkeiten durch unterschiedliche Funktionen genutzt werden (Sozial-Amt, Wohnen, Lager, usw.). Das neu zu schaffende Bauvolumen ist an das bestehende Gebäude anzubinden, um einen Gesamtverwaltungskomplex zu bilden. Die vorhandenen Zuwegungen sind zu beachten, zudem ist das Gebäude im örtlichen Bebauungsplan als „geschütztes Gebäude" ausgewiesen. Diese Ausschreibung hat die Leistungen „Objektplaner" gem. den Phasen 1-7 der OAI zum Inhalt.
