Description

The procedure, launched pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/16, includes, in relation to the nine-year period 2025/2033, the following services that can be acquired through the Framework Agreement: a) ENAV’s statutory audit service pursuant to Article 14 of Legislative Decree No 39 of 27 January 2010 and Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No 537/2014; b) statutory audit of the accounts of the subsidiaries Techno Sky and IDS AirNav pursuant to Article 14 of Legislative Decree No 39 of 27 January 2010 and the reporting package drawn up for the purpose of preparing the half-yearly consolidated accounts of the parent company ENAV; c) consolidated sustainability reporting (formerly Non-Financial Statement) by ENAV in the version that will be made mandatory by the new EU Sustainability Directive 2022/2464; d) so-called additional plafond assurance services, closely related to the statutory audit activity of ENAV and the Group (e.g.: attestations or opinions that by law are the responsibility of the auditor, audit services aimed at issuing attestations or comfort letters, etc.)
