Description

commIT is the central IT service provider for the two supporting municipalities of Aarau and Baden. In this role, commIT provides a telephony service to the two host communities. The existing telephone systems of Aarau and Baden are now to be replaced by a Microsoft team telephony solution. commIT is responsible for this replacement and will offer the future solution as a service (telephony service), which the two host communities receive from commIT. With this call for tenders commIT is looking for a provider to support the initial implementation of the new Microsoft (MS) Teams telephony solution including MS Teams certified intermediary and DECT solution, connection of various peripheral systems (e.g. alarms, intercoms, etc.) as well as a reliable partner for the third-level support of this telephony service. The procurement consists of the initial service of procuring hardware, software and services for the initial provision (project planning, rollout, support, training support) of the MS Team telephony services to the host communities as well as recurring services in the form of licenses, maintenance work and third-level support.
