Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na uruchomieniu oraz zarządzaniu i kompleksowej eksploatacji systemu o nazwie Łódzki Rower Publiczny (ŁRP) w taki sposób, aby każdy uprawniony użytkownik mógł wypożyczyć rower według taryfy zatwierdzonej przez Zamawiającego.
