The subject of the contract is the implementation of a comprehensive study on the professional potential, qualifications, competences and adaptability of employees of the mining sector from the area of Western Małopolska in the conditions of energy transformation. The contract will include the following elements: - Desk research analysis and research concept preparation - Quantitative research – approx. 400 interviews with miners - Performance of qualitative research - individual in-depth interviews - 20 interviews, PAPI or CATI - Performance analysis with final report, presentation, e-newsletter and audio recording
