Description

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 33, 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code. The services of Lots 2 and 3 will be the subject of order forms awarded in accordance with Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code.
Lot 1: the contract for the supply of equipment shall be concluded for a period from its date of notification to the Contractor until the date of expiry of the warranty of the equipment received as part of its execution.
Lot 2: the contract for accessories, spare parts and maintenance services is concluded for a period of 24 months from the date of notification. It may be renewed for a period of 24 months by express decision of the purchaser.
Lot 3: the market for the supply of pharmaceutical products is concluded for an initial period from the date of notification until 30.4.2013 and may be renewed 2 times for 2 periods of 12 months upon express decision of the Angers CHU, from 1.5.2013 to 30.4.2014 and from 1.5.2014 to 30.4.2015.
