EBE 21 - 2024 Framework agreement Lift services - Service and maintenance.

Bergen municipality shall enter into a parallel framework agreement for the service and maintenance of lifts in municipal buildings. The buildings are located in different locations in Bergen municipality and are divided into three building categories, one for health buildings, one for schools and nurseries and one for administrative buildings and cultural buildings. We would like to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers and one tenderer is planned to be awarded one building category and will be responsible for the service and maintenance of all lifts and installations in the relevant building category. See further information on the distribution of building categories in the document "Competition Rules", point 6 "Evaluation Method". The contracting authority has also facilitated mini-competitions under the framework agreement, see Annex 1 point 4. Mini competitions ought to be expected shortly after the framework agreement has been signed.

Description: The tenderer ́s completed price in Annex 1 - Price and quality, tab 2 cell X286 and tab 3 cell KL64. The contracting authority will evaluate the price by first summing up the total prices in tabs 2 and 3. Thereafter, the contracting authority will decide on the award of building categories by comparing the total prices per building category in tab 2. Description: Tenderers shall submit a completed Annex 1 - Price and quality tab 4 and a implementation plan for the service and maintenance assignments that indicator: How the tenderer carries out maintenance, repairs and service. Share Access Intended use of offered capacity. The tenderer's implementation plan shall be precise, concrete and only include relevant information for service, repairs and maintenance assignments. The implementation plan will be binding for the selected tenderer. Information in the implementation plan which is not deemed to be relevant in accordance with the list above, will not be evaluated. References to external links, demos and annexes will also not be evaluated. The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of the tenderer's responses to Annex 1 - Price and quality tab 4 and the implementation plan. An implementation plan that shows that the work will be carried out in a quality good manner with regular and timely service and, showing a quick response time, get a high score. The implementation plan is weighted 70%, and is weighted under the award criteria Quality. response to Annex 1 - Price and quality is weighted 30%.
