The Republic of Austria and the Province of Styria, both represented by the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, the Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK), Radetzkystraße 2, 1030 Vienna, acting as the competent authority pursuant to Article 2(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, awarded a service contract directly to Graz-Köflacher Bahn und Busbetrieb GmbH via the Schieneninfrastruktur-Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH (SCHIG mbH) as the contracting authority for a period of ten years pursuant to Article 5(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007.
