If the Contractor does not indicate information to the extent specified in the preceding sentence, the Contracting Authority will assess that the Contractor will perform the contract independently in its entirety.4) If the Contractor relies on the capacities or situation of entities providing resources, it shall provide, together with the single document, also a statement of the entity providing resources confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion of this entity and adequately meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure, to the extent that the contractor refers to its resources. 2. Together with the tender, the Contractor shall be required to submit a declaration on honour concerning the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, submitted pursuant to Article 117(1) of the GATT 1994. 4 PHP, in accordance with Annex 7 to the SWZ (if applicable). 3. Where the economic operator relies on the technical or professional capacity or financial or economic situation of the providers of resources, it shall submit with the tender an undertaking by the provider to make the necessary resources available to it for the performance of the contract in question or any other means of proof by which the economic operator, when performing the contract, will have at its disposal the necessary resources of those providers. The commitment of the resource provider referred to in the preceding sentence must confirm that the relationship between the contractor and the resource providers guarantees effective access to those resources and must specify in particular: 1) the scope of resources available to the contractor of the entity making the resources available; 2) the manner and period of making available to the contractor and using by him the resources of the entity making these resources available in the performance of the contract; 3) whether and to what extent the entity making resources available, on whose capacities the contractor relies with regard to the conditions for participation in the procedure regarding education, professional qualifications or experience, will carry out the supplies to which the indicated capacities relate. 4.
