Description

Providing Platform, Services and a working IZB system that meets all of the following characteristics: 1. Working -pandemic ready-functional solutions for IZB professionals and citizens (the IZB System) in accordance with architecture and requirements, realized (*) by the Contractor; 2. Managed and maintained, by the Contractor, on the basis of the specifications and (domain) models of the Client using a development and maintenance approach and toolset (full lifecycle) provided by the Contractor; 3. Using a reusable data and application platform that can be used for pandemic-ready IZB applications, in accordance with the architectural principles as described in the conceptual model; 4. The client can remain structurally autonomous with the definition, location and access of its own data; 5. All products and Services are agile, scalable and reliable from the point of view of pandemic preparedness (the top requirements). The contract value is expected to be EUR 100 million.
