The subject of this contract is the supply of equipment divided into lots, hereinafter referred to as Packages: Package 1: Delivery of laboratory centrifuge with cooling; Package 2: Delivery of CO2 incubator with thermal sterilization 2. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the DNSH principle (‘do no significant harm’), enshrined in Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, the so-called taxonomy, at least to the extent specified in the description of the subject of the contract 6. In situations where the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions described in each such standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, technical reference system meeting the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 7. In situations where the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to performance or functional requirements, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described, in accordance with the Polish Standard transposing the European standard, standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing European standards, with the European Technical Assessment, with a common technical specification, with an international standard or with a technical reference system established by a European standardisation body, if these standards, technical assessments, specifications and technical reference systems meet the performance or functional requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
