Description

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: ‘School carriages in 2023/2024’, which is the own task of the Municipality of Oborniki, i.e. the Contractor’s provision of safe and punctual transport of children to schools located in the Municipality of Oborniki and transport of disabled children to Poznań in the 2023/2024 school year on school days. 2. The Contractor is obliged, among others, to: 1) provide caregivers (at least one caregiver on each route) who will be responsible for the safety of passengers during boarding or alighting from vehicles and during transport, 2) install in vehicles, at the latest by the date of commencement of the contract, monitoring (i.e. a recording camera and a device recording and recording video material on a hard disk device). 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (and its individual parts) is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
