Description

The Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) supports the Federal Government's housing offensive to create additional, affordable housing to relieve local markets. In the federal housing estate at Industriehof in Frankfurt's Bockenheim district, plots 11/191 and 11/193 (lot size: 6,243 m2 and 10,981 m2), Lötzener Straße / Rossittener Straße, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, 11 four-storey apartment buildings with flat roof and an underground car park will be built. It is planned to create about 155 residential units. Both plots are accessible. A construction ruling dated 08.02.2024 has been issued. The 12 two-storey apartment buildings currently located on plot 11/193 as well as a garage yard will be dismantled in the run-up to the new construction measures (no service content of this tender). The 6 three-storey apartment buildings on plot 11/191 are to remain unchanged. As part of a negotiated procedure with participation competition (EU-wide), the Federal Office for Real Estate Tasks awards the planning and construction services for the new construction of 11 MFH with underground car parks in Frankfurt am Main, housing estate Industriehof, taking into account the statements in this building ruling in accordance with the Hessian building regulations and on the basis of the functional specifications (FLB) to a total contractor (performance phases 2-8)
