Description

The consultation is aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement according to an open call for tenders as regulated by Articles L.2124-2 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Its purpose is to provide services dedicated to project management assistance for the construction of a geothermal heat network on the territory of the municipalities of Fontenay-aux Roses, Sceaux and Bourg-la-Reine. The tasks entrusted to the Contractor shall distinguish between the following elements of tasks: - Mission 1: Assistance to the contracting authority in the pre-construction phase of the network and its means of production, assistance in steering and coordination; - Mission 2: Assistance to the contracting authority during the construction phase of the network, assistance with steering and coordination; - Mission 3: Assistance to the client during the first 3 years of operation of the installations from the first commissioning of the operation (including geothermal loops) - the construction of the network is scheduled in three phases.
