Description

The Defence Material Authority (FMV) invites you, on behalf of the Armed Forces (MA), to apply to participate in the procurement of framework contracts for network products and close-to-product services by the FMA. The MA is the contracting authority and signs framework contracts with the successful supplier. However, it is the FMV which manages the contract in its capacity as agent of FM and who will also be entitled to call from the framework agreement. The procurement is carried out through a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Act (2011: 1029) on procurement in the fields of defence and security (LUFS).
Current framework contracts in the current area will be terminated and there is therefore a need to procure a new framework contract to ensure delivery to the authorities in the area. The MA intends to conclude a framework contract with a supplier who will be able to supply the authorities in the following areas:
— Network products (includes Computer Communication, Telecommunications and Collaboration, Security Products, Monitoring)
— Close to product services (includes systems development, training, maintenance and support)
