Description

The SaaS software is intended to serve as an integrated planning tool (KGFP tool SaaS) for the user-friendly, efficient and high-quality creation of KfW's strategic group planning required by AT 4.1 and 4.2 MaRisk. The individual data processing used so far, including further separate data collection sheets, are to be completely replaced and the new elements of the new cost governance currently being operationalized are to be mapped. The field of application includes the extensive annual process for the preparation of the Group business field planning (KGFP) with a focus on strategic planning, the consideration of the result of the operational planning in the dimensions promotion, finance and risk as well as the rolling (quarterly) forecast and decision process in the context of cost planning/control.
