Description

The SaaS software is intended to serve as an integrated planning tool (KGFP tool SaaS) for the user-friendly, efficient and high-quality creation of KfW's strategic group planning required by AT 4.1 and 4.2 MaRisk. The previously used individual data processing including further separate data acquisition sheets are to be completely replaced and the new elements of the new cost governance currently under operationalization are to be mapped. The area of application includes the comprehensive annual process for the preparation of Group Business Field Planning (KGFP) with a focus on strategic planning, the consideration of the result of operational planning in the dimensions of promotion, finance and risk, as well as the rolling (quarterly) forecast and decision-making process in the context of cost planning/control.
