The Sob has bought new trains. These are to be maintained at the existing service centre in Herisau. In order to ensure maintenance, the existing infrastructure and installations of today’s service facility need to be adapted to the requirements of the new fleet.
The sub-adaptation consists of the following sub-areas:

— Adjustments to the UG (redesign of the Residence room plus the establishment of a logistics office),
