Le marché concerne des services de dématérialisation externalisée de courriers entrants et de mise à disposition des documents dématérialisés et des données associées. Les courriers entrants concernent notamment des documents standards (lettres, LRAR, contrats, factures,…) mais également des chèques et attestations énergies, des chèques bancaires, des TIP, des documents de relève de compteurs et d’autres documents particuliers qui font l’objet d’un traitement spécifique y compris copie fiable, tel que décrit dans le cahier des charges.
