Description

la communauté d'agglomération CAP Excellence a lancé en 2015 le projet de réhabilitation et modernisation du Centre des Arts et de la Culture de Pointe-À-Pitre.
Le chantier s'est arrêté en 2020 suite à la liquidation du titulaire du marché principal. Face aux difficultés rencontrées, il est apparu opportun pour le maître d'ouvrage cap excellence de redéfinir les modalités de reprise des travaux sur le plan programmatique technique, administratif et financier.
ainsi, pour donner suite aux études de reprogrammation du projet, cap exellence envisage le redémarrage et l'achèvement des travaux de réhabilitation du centre des arts.
