Description

The subject of the public contract is the provision of audiovisual content to support the promotion of the Czech Republic's tourist attractions as part of the contracting authority's marketing campaigns. This is audiovisual content for use on the Internet, social networks, in television broadcasting and in marketing materials created by the contracting authority, including use in advertisements in the Czech Republic or abroad, especially in neighbouring countries, other countries of the European Union, North America, China, Japan, South Korea and elsewhere. The contracting authority asks for the production of audiovisual content in various lengths, with different content and format, animations - motion graphics and visual effects (VFX), 2-D and 3-D animations, voice-over and musical accompaniment, derived spoken word or audiospots for use on the radio, post-production of videos and animations (color grading, editing, graphics, rendering), subtitling of videos in Czech language or subtitling using translated texts and other localization of videos into foreign languages, provision of foreign-language spoken word (voice-over), provision of models, actors and casting, provision of image rights (buyout), transfer of license rights to the contracting authority, e.g. in the form of an exclusive unlimited license, recording and handover of raw footage, or in post-production of a modified audiovisual and finished work to the contracting authority.
