Description

The subject of this contract is the laying of sewing pipes in the territories of the city of Seraing and the municipality of Grâce-Hollogne, in connection with the completion of the 1st tranche of secondary outlet IV and the 1st phase of the drainage of run-off water from the Cubber and Stockis areas.
The contract includes, in principal order, the execution of the following works:
— laying by melting 2 pipes 635 metres long (1.8 m internal diameter),
— laying by moulding a pipe 946 metres long (2.0 m internal diameter),
— laying by moulding a pipe 260 metres long (1.8 m internal diameter),
— the production of 2 masts of vanners and discards in the Meuse.
In the context of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to combat social dumping and social fraud. In addition, the contracting authority also wishes to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by achieving a training effect.
