Description

The subject of the present procurement procedure is, on the one hand, the extension of the existing 2,050 units. IGEL-Standard (Select) 3 year Renewal (500 to 4999) licenses including the consolidation of the license terms to the uniform expiration date 10.12.2029 and on the other hand 500 additional IGEL-Standard Select licenses. The additional 500 pcs. IGEL licenses with a term of 3 years from purchase are binding to offer as an option. All 2,050 license renewals must have the new expiration date 10.12.2029 after renewal. The 500 additional licenses are supposed to have a term of 3 years. The term begins with the transfer and ends after 3 years. The start of the contract is from the date of award of the contract. The customer undertakes to commission the 2,050 license extensions mentioned in the LV within 30 days of the award of the contract. The retrieval of the 500 licenses offered in the list of services is optional for the customer within the term of the contract. The contract ends with the expiry of the purchased licenses on 10.12.2029. Vitos gGmbH advertises the contract as a contracting authority in accordance with § 15 of the Ordinance on the award of public contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) by means of an open procedure.
