Description

Przedmiotem umowy jest sukcesywna dostawa badanych produktów leczniczych (zwanych BPL lub IMP), zawierających substancję czynną - pembrolizumab na potrzeby niekomercyjnego badania klinicznego „Wieloośrodkowe, otwarte badanie I/II fazy mające na celu ocenę wykonalności, bezpieczeństwa i skuteczności leczenia komórkami CAR T anty-CD19 wytworzonymi z limfocytów uzyskanych w wyniku wyprzedzającej leukaferezy u pacjentów z agresywnymi chłoniakami z komórek B i ostrą białaczką limfoblastyczną (ALL) po niepowodzeniu drugiej linii leczenia, z następczym krótkoterminowym leczeniem pembrolizumabem”, numer protokołu: CAR-NET-1 (dalej: Badanie kliniczne lub Badanie CAR-NET-1).
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ oraz w Projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6.
