Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a supply contract for the direct purchase from a producer ("Producer"), by the Concerned Members, of electricity produced from one or more renewable generation assets ("Power Purchase Agreement" or "PPA"), in accordance with Article L. 331-5, 3° of the Energy Code. The PPP to be concluded at the end of this procedure will be associated with the electricity transmission and supply contract awarded by the Groupement (subsequent contract relating to the framework agreement for the transmission, supply of electricity and natural gas and the aggregation of renewable electricity production). As such, the Producer must: - transfer, from 1 January 2027, the production resulting from the production installation (or installations) within the scope of balance responsibility of the supplier (or successive suppliers) designated by the Coordinator; - contract with suppliers designated by the Coordinator following the procedures for the award of subsequent contracts referred to in the previous point.
