The order is divided into four parts. The different parts cover the following types of insurance: Lot 01 of the contract: (a) Asset insurance against all risks (CPV - 66515400-7, 66515000-3). Lot 02 of the contract: (a) Compulsory liability insurance of a medical entity (CPV - 66516000-0), (b) Voluntary liability insurance of a medical entity (CPV - 66516000-0), (c) Voluntary liability insurance for damage caused to a third party in connection with the conduct of business and possession of property. (CPV - 66516000-0). Lot 03 of the contract: (a) Voluntary third-party liability insurance of a medical entity – additional (so-called II Layer) (CPV - 66516000-0). Lot 04 of the contract: (a) Compulsory motor vehicle insurance (CPV - 66516100-1), (b) Auto-casco insurance (CPV - 66514110-0), (c) Accident insurance (CPV - 66512100-3), (d) Assistance insurance (CPV - 66514110-0).
