The non-profit association Neue Schul Magdeburg e.V. is the school organiser of the state-recognised replacement school ‘Neue Schul Magdeburg’. A clear commitment to energy saving and increasing the efficiency of the use of natural resources, in particular from the responsibility of children. Therefore, the modernisation of the school site should meet at least the requirements of the KFW-Effizienzhaus 85 standard.
The implementation of the provisional space programme in the school buildings is to be implemented with a gross floor area of approximately 9 000 m². Around 16 000 m² of land is available for outdoor use. At a further stage of the overall project, the school sports hall and other ancillary facilities will be rehabilitated.
