Description

It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator who will provide the Max Planck Society (MPG) with an average of around 100 procurement procedures per year in accordance with the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV). -- In order to relieve the internal departments, the structural parts of these procedures will in future be supervised by an external service provider. -- The main tasks of the external service provider include: -- 1. Technical support of VgV-procedures: Contribute to the implementation of approximately 100 procedures per year, including framework contract agreements, from preparation to award. -- 2. Optimization of project processes: Contribute to the improvement of procedural processes. -- 3.
