Description

The framework agreement is divided into two (2) phases. In accordance with Article 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement, consultation gives rise to a framework agreement, with single-contractor order forms without a minimum amount and no annual maximum amount. As an indication, the average annual amount of orders is in the order of EUR 450 000 excluding tax. Order forms will be issued by the contracting authority for phase 1 as well as for phase 2, subject to acceptance by the supervisor of the findings of phase 1. The framework agreement may be renewed, upon express decision of the competent authority of the contracting authority, up to a maximum of three (3) renewals for a period of twelve (12) months each.
