Furnizarea de AUTOVEHICULE SPECIALE-AMBULANTA TIP B2 in cadrul proiectului ,,STOP -COVID in cadrul Spitalelor A.S.S.M.B’’, Cod MySmis 139420
Termene pentru depunerea/raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare:
A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in termen de 10 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în masura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat.
