Description

The county of Pinneberg is carrying out a comprehensive reorganisation of the Pinneberg district’s vocational school in Pinneberg with approximately 12 300 m² of BGF as part of a modified public-private partnership (PPP). To this end, planning, demolition and new construction work will be carried out. The project will be implemented on a turnkey basis by a general contractor. The General Contractor also assumes extended defect liability for the construction of more than 10 years and for the technical equipment of the building for more than 5 years. Full maintenance, which was advertised as an option, will also be taken over.
