Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa sieci ciepłowniczej do budynków mieszkalnych przy ul. Pod Dębową Górą w Toruniu (Polna ZGM) - etap II i III” realizowana w ramach projektu POIS.01.06.02-00-0024/16 pn. „Przyłączenie obiektów do sieci ciepłowniczej na terenie miasta Torunia w celu zwiększenia wykorzystania wysokosprawnej kogeneracji - projekt podstawowy”, zadanie „Przyłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej osiedla Polna ZGM”.
