Iceland-Reykjavik: Architectural and related services
Isavia is about to embark on a 1-2 000 000 000 EUR capital works programme to significantly extend current terminal facilities at Keflavik International Airport (‘KEF’). This notice is intended to announce the commencement of a pre-market engagement exercise relating to Isavia's requirement for integrated design services in respect of its ‘Major Development Plan’ (‘MDP’) at KEF as more fully described in sections II.2.4) and VI.3) below. MDP is a significant part of Isavia's ambition for KEF to grow to 25 000 000 passengers per year by 2040, as part of the wider KEF Masterplan 2015-2040. Critical to the successful delivery of the MDP will be the appointment of a fully integrated design team (‘IDT’) with experience of designing similar facilities at international, expanding airports.
