Description

1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Provision of a conference room,
b) Providing speakers and moderators,
c) Carrying out information and promotion activities (printing and distribution of invitations)
and posters, preparation and execution of mailings),
d) Providing technical and logistical support,
e) Providing transport for the needs of the Ordering Party,
f) Providing a streaming message from the conference,
g) Purchase of a web service and conducting surveys / quizzes,
h) Provision of catering services.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 1D to the SOPZ.
3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - model contract and constitute Annex 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
