Description

This consultation has been carried out pursuant to Decree No 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011, and is intended to provide additional health-care cover for employees of the Loire Department. The procedure is not subject to the provisions of public procurement and does not involve the award of a contract. The participation agreement will be implemented from the date of notification of the supplementary group health insurance contract for an effective start of benefits on 1 January 2026.
