Description

From 12 November 2027, the City of Günzburg intends to entrust Stadtwerke Günzburg KU (municipal enterprise as an institution d.Ö.R.) with the operation of the local heating network in Günzburg for the supply of heat to public properties by way of in-house award pursuant to Section 108(1) GWB. The local heating network is currently still operated by a private operator and will be returned to the city and the district of Günzburg after the expiry of the existing heat supply contract on 12.11.2027 according to the agreed final settlement regulation. The district will transfer its co-ownership share to the city.
