Description

The EAA intends to award a framework contract with up to 5 economic operators for the provision of consultancy services in the field of communication. The purpose of this call for tenders is to cover the procurement needs for consultancy services in the field of communication for the duration of 4 years. The consultancy services are provided on demand on the basis of the framework contract, usually taking into account the corresponding lead times.
In order to ensure targeted external and internal communication in every situation, the EAA needs operational support and strategic advice:
— Operational support is required in the context of external and internal communication where there is insufficient staff available (e.g. in the case of holiday representations, sickness-related replacements, reinforcement in the context of possible emergency/special situations, significant projects or other peaks in work).
— Strategic advice is needed on different topics of external and internal communication (e.g. change processes within the EAA group, the implementation of complex projects or an adequate presentation of skills, achievements, challenges). In this framework, communication guidelines will be developed on a case-by-case basis, suitable formats and media for communication, text building blocks and graphical elements will also be developed.
