Description

The calculation codes concerned by the third-party maintenance application maintenance contract relate to neutron, radiation protection, monophasic and diphasic hydraulic, structural mechanics and fluids. There are approximately 40 software or software systems that represent approximately 5 to 6 000 000 instructions and several hundred Giga bytes of data, with some codes exceeding 500 000 instructions (including Apollo2 and 3, Cathare2 and 3, Trio-U). The programming languages are mainly c + +, c, Fortran 90, Fortran 77, Python, Java and Root, XML and Ocaml, plus specific command languages. Some of these codes require a ‘Confidential defence’ clearance by the CEA.
This service consists of:
— corrective, adaptive, preventive and evolutionary maintenance of DM2S and different versions in operation at users internal or external to the CEA,
— configuration management, delivery and installation of versions to end users, including non-regression and portability tests on different platforms,
— user support,
— updating the documentation,
— preparing and carrying out training sessions on the use of software for users internal and external to the CEA,
— support for the development and maintenance of the unit’s website pages.
The working languages will be English and French.
The service will take place on the CEA’s premises at the sites of Saclay (mostly) and Grenoble.
