The subject of the contract are: Successive deliveries of groceries to Primary Schools and Kindergartens No. 8 of the Municipality of Tczew. 1. The quality of the food products delivered, the way they are packaged, as well as the type of collective packaging used – must comply with standards and generally applicable laws, maintaining good manufacturing practices (GMP) good hygiene practices (GHP) and the principles of the food safety system - HACCP system. Goods must be wholesome. 2. The quantities of food products included in the description of the subject of the contract are similar to the planned needs, because they roughly correspond to the structure of demand.
