Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment for Copernicus Podkt Leczniczy Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk carried out as part of the project identified: ‘Investment in the infrastructure of Copernicus Podkt Leczniczy Sp. z o.o. in order to achieve full functionality of the Torture Centre for Children based on the Mikołaj Kopernik Hospital in Gdańsk’ – Patient heating system (CPV:33190000-8 – Miscellaneous medical devices and products.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract specifying the contracting authority’s requirements, the quantities and the details of how tenders are to be evaluated in the ‘Technical evaluation’ criterion are set out in: Annex 1A to the ToR – Product and price form and 1B – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. By completing the items indicated, the Contractor confirms that the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority have been met. The manner in which the subject-matter of the contract is to be performed and the terms of the guarantee are laid down in the draft contract (Annex 6 to the ToR).
